Description
A refreshing summer snack (or breakfast!) that’s quick to make and good for your gut health.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat organic yogurt OR coconut milk (can)
Instructions
- Chop up mango into small pieces.
- Divide mango and raspberries into 6 popsicle moulds.
- Spoon yogurt or coconut milk over top until full (tap moulds on the counter to make sure the liquid has filled in all the gaps).
- Place in the freezer and leave for 4 hours.
