Mango-Raspberry Popsicles

Description

A refreshing summer snack (or breakfast!) that’s quick to make and good for your gut health.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup plain, non-fat organic yogurt OR coconut milk (can)

Instructions

  1. Chop up mango into small pieces.
  2. Divide mango and raspberries into 6 popsicle moulds.
  3. Spoon yogurt or coconut milk over top until full (tap moulds on the counter to make sure the liquid has filled in all the gaps).
  4. Place in the freezer and leave for 4 hours.
