- 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp each of chia seeds, hemp hearts, sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375F.
- In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Place in a small, oven-safe glass dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
