Description

This recipe is unbelievably simple to make, and the flavour will blow your mind! It’s gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and nut-free too.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp each of chia seeds, hemp hearts, sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F.
  2. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Place in a small, oven-safe glass dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool before serving.
