A simple no-bake breakfast recipe that helps to reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and beat acne!

Cinnamon Chia No-Bake Quinoa Bites
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Pumpkin Pie No-Bake Quinoa Bites
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Cover a cookie sheet with a silicone mat (or wax paper).
- Roll into 12 balls and place on the mat.
- Freeze for 3 hours.
Notes
Make it your own
Swap out the nut or seed butter for any of your favourite. Add in whatever seeds and spices you prefer. Have fun with it!
No sweetener
Feel free to omit the sweetener and simply double the amount of nut or seed butter to help it stick together.
Make it Vegan
Swap the honey for pure maple syrup.
