- 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a small pot, melt the coconut oil. Mix the oil, cinnamon, flaxseed and quinoa together.
- Spread over a small baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, stirring after 15 min, until crunchy and golden.
