Pizza goodness … except with no gluten and tons of nutrients!
Ingredients

- 2 cups quinoa, cooked
- 1/2–1 cup cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1–2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Organic low-sodium pizza sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients and spread into a 1/4” layer.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cut into strips and serve with pizza sauce for dipping

Dairy-Free
You can substitute with a healthy version of a cheese alternative if you cannot have cheese.
Egg-Free
You can substitute the two eggs for two flax eggs.
