Quinoa Pizza Sticks

Description

Pizza goodness … except with no gluten and tons of nutrients!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 1/21 cup cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Organic low-sodium pizza sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients and spread into a 1/4” layer.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Cut into strips and serve with pizza sauce for dipping

Notes

Dairy-Free

You can substitute with a healthy version of a cheese alternative if you cannot have cheese.

Egg-Free

You can substitute the two eggs for two flax eggs.
