There’s no denying it – kids can be picky eaters.

One day they only thing they want is meat and the next day they’re vegetarian.

Sigh. How on earth are we supposed to keep up with their ever-changing taste buds?

If you find yourself all of a sudden raising vegetarian kids, then don’t worry! A vegetarian diet is a healthy option and you should have no problems getting your kids eating a healthy, balanced diet.

Healthy vegetarian diets are typically high in fiber, loaded with vitamins and minerals, low in saturated fats and full of plant proteins.

Vegetarians also have lower rates of heart disease, diabetes, obesity and cancer, compared to meat-eaters.
