Ramen Ginger Cilantro Bowl

Description

A quick 10 minute meal that’s free from the 20+ most common allergens (works on an elimination diet). It’s so good you won’t even realize you’re on a restricted diet!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Block Brown Rice Ramen
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 1/4 Cup Purple Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro (finely diced)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt + Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
  2. Add ramen noodles. After 1 minute, separate the noodles and bring down to a gentle boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare your ginger, cabbage, and cilantro.
  4. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to remove the starches.
  5. Toss the noodles with the coconut aminos, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix in your cabbage and cilantro.
  6. Serve warm or cold (makes a great leftover!).
