Description
A quick 10 minute meal that’s free from the 20+ most common allergens (works on an elimination diet). It’s so good you won’t even realize you’re on a restricted diet!

- 1 Block Brown Rice Ramen
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 1/4 Cup Purple Cabbage (shredded)
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro (finely diced)
- 1/4 tsp Salt + Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add ramen noodles. After 1 minute, separate the noodles and bring down to a gentle boil for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare your ginger, cabbage, and cilantro.
- Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to remove the starches.
- Toss the noodles with the coconut aminos, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix in your cabbage and cilantro.
- Serve warm or cold (makes a great leftover!).
