A simple breakfast that’s filling and easy to prep ahead.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 6 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2–1 cup of fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients, except raspberries, into a container. Stir well and place in fridge.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes, stir to remove any clumps.
- Let sit for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Make it Vegan
Swap the honey for pure maple syrup.
