Raspberry Chia Pudding

Description

A simple breakfast that’s filling and easy to prep ahead.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 6 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/21 cup of fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except raspberries, into a container. Stir well and place in fridge.
  2. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, stir to remove any clumps.
  3. Let sit for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Make it Vegan

Swap the honey for pure maple syrup.
