No-Bake Raspberry Fig Bites

Description

It’s time to take fig newton’s to the next healthier level! This is a dairy-free, wheat-free, no-bake version that you’ll fall in love with.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dried figs (approximately 12)
  • 1 cup raw, unsalted pecans
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardmom
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. In your food processor, pulse together the figs, pecans, oats, syrup, and cardamom until it begins to stick together.
  2. Add in the raspberries and pulse until combined.
  3. Roll into 18 balls and refrigerate in an airtight container.
