Description
A simple no-bake breakfast bar that’s loaded with fibre, antioxidants, and healthy fats to keep you full, satisfied, and regular.
Ingredients

To make the bars:
- 6 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup almond butter, or other nut butter or alternative
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
To make the frosting (optional):
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients for the breakfast bar into your food processor until it forms a dough like ball.
- Spray an 8×8 dish with coconut oil and press the bar into the dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the ingredients for the frosting in a small pan until melted. Spread evenly over bar and place back in fridge until firm.

Swap the honey for pure maple syrup.
