- 4 Red peppers
- 2 Avocados, halved and pit removed
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
- Juice from half a lime
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice the red peppers and place on your serving platter.
- In a food processor, combine the avocado, jalapeno, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.
- Scoop into a serving bowl and place on platter with red peppers to serve.
