Description

The best way to increase your energy during the holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 beet, peeled
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash all of the ingredients and place them into your juicer.
  2. Or, peel the beets, carrots and lemon and throw all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until desired consistency. Add water if necessary.
