An easy no bake snack that makes the perfect afternoon boost!
Ingredients

- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup peanut butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup raw cocoa nibs
Instructions
- Spray a 9×9 dish with cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil.
- Combine all ingredients in the dish, mix well and press down.
- Place in the refrigerator and leave for a minimum of 4 hours.
Notes
Make it Vegan
Use pure maple syrup in place of honey.
