“Risse” Peanut Butter Bars

Description

An easy no bake snack that makes the perfect afternoon boost!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup raw cocoa nibs

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9×9 dish with cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the dish, mix well and press down.
  3. Place in the refrigerator and leave for a minimum of 4 hours.

Notes

Make it Vegan

Use pure maple syrup in place of honey.
