Description
A great way to add a kick of flavour to your burger!
Ingredients

- 1 bulb garlic
- 3/4 cup non-fat, greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- pinch of cayenne
- juice from one lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F.
- Cut off the top of the garlic bulb, just enough to expose the cloves.
- Place on aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap into a pouch.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and squeeze the garlic cloves out of their skin and into your food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
Storage Tip
Store in a mason jar in your fridge for 5-7 days, or until the expiry of your yogurt.
Note
This sauce goes great with the Sweet Maple BBQ Sauce … not so much with ketchup!
