Description

A perfect slow-cooker meal that is bursting with delicious flavours!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups low-sodium veggie broth
  • 1 14oz can low-sodium diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • pinch of sea salt

Toppings (optional)

  • green onion
  • diced avocado
  • shredded
  • cheese
  • salsa
  • yogurt
  • corn

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into your slow-cooker. Turn on high heat for 4 hours.
  2. Prepare your toppings of choice before serving.
