- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- pinch of sea salt
Toppings (optional)
- green onion
- diced avocado
- shredded
- cheese
- salsa
- yogurt
- corn
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into your slow-cooker. Turn on high heat for 4 hours.
