For the smoothie bowl:
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 avocado, pit and peel removed
- 1/4 cup organic coconut milk (canned)
For the toppings:
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Slivered almonds
- Toasted gluten-free oats
- Hemp hearts or chia seeds
- Fresh fruit
Instructions
- Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two bowls and top with your favourite toppings.
- Eat with a spoon!
