Avocado Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl

The perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, anti-inflammatory goodness!

Ingredients

Scale
For the smoothie bowl:
  • 2 cups of frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 avocado, pit and peel removed
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut milk (canned)
For the toppings:
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Slivered almonds
  • Toasted gluten-free oats
  • Hemp hearts or chia seeds
  • Fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. Place all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two bowls and top with your favourite toppings.
  3. Eat with a spoon!
