Salt Water Sole

Description

A nourishing drink saturated with minerals to help improve mental and digestive health.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 Tbsp Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 4 Cups Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Add the salt to a large mason jar container (minimum 32 ounces) and pour water over top.
  2. Let sit until salt dissolves.
  3. Add 1 tsp (up to 1 Tbsp) to 8 ounces of filtered water and drink first thing upon waking.
