Spiced Walnuts

Description

A sweet and spicy snack that’s perfect to munch on throughout the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsalted walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Melt coconut oil.
  3. Add oil, spices, and nuts to a small bowl and mix until coated.
  4. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Cool before serving.
