Description
Think of chocolate covered strawberries for breakfast.
Ingredients

- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 – 2/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup organic, raw cacao powder*
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 3 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- Optional – top with coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the almond milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla in a container. Seal and place in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours, or until set.
- Top with strawberries and yogurt (optional).
Notes
- *Cacao powder is not the same as the processed form, cocoa powder. Be sure to get organic, raw, cacao powder for all the health benefits!
