Description

Think of chocolate covered strawberries for breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/22/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup organic, raw cacao powder*
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups strawberries, diced
  • Optional – top with coconut yogurt

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup and vanilla in a container. Seal and place in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours, or until set.
  2. Top with strawberries and yogurt (optional).

Notes

  • *Cacao powder is not the same as the processed form, cocoa powder. Be sure to get organic, raw, cacao powder for all the health benefits!
