Sweet and salty makes the perfect snack to satisfy any craving.
Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 Tbsp dark chocolate, melted
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Place oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Add 3 popcorn kernels and place lid on top.
- When the kernels pop, add the rest of the kernels and place the lid back on top.
- Shake the pot until the kernels are coated in oil and in a single layer.
- Return to heat.
- Once kernels start popping, place lid on a slight angle to allow some steam to escape to help the kernels get crispy.
- When corn begins to pop at a slower rate, remove from heat and set to aside until it is finished popping.
- Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with salt.
