Ingredients
Scale
Peppered Deviled Eggs
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, shells removed
- 1 Tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
Avocado Deviled Eggs
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, shells removed
- 1/4 avocado, mashed
- 1 Tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
- pepper, to taste
Hummus Deviled Eggs
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, shells removed
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 1/4 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Carefully, and evenly, slice the hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise.
- Gently scoop out yolk and place in small bowl.
- Mix egg yolk with the rest of the ingredients.
- Divide mixture evenly and scoop back into centre of the hard-boiled egg white.
