The perfect Easter appetizer.


Ingredients

Peppered Deviled Eggs

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, shells removed
  • 1 Tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste

Avocado Deviled Eggs

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, shells removed
  • 1/4 avocado, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
  • pepper, to taste

Hummus Deviled Eggs

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, shells removed
  • 2 Tbsp hummus
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Carefully, and evenly, slice the hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise.
  2. Gently scoop out yolk and place in small bowl.
  3. Mix egg yolk with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Divide mixture evenly and scoop back into centre of the hard-boiled egg white.
