Your gut is important.

It’s basically the hub of your entire body. When it’s working right, everything from digestion to elimination runs smoothly – and you feel great.

But, if even one thing is off you find yourself with uncomfortable symptoms that can be physical, mental, or emotional.

As I explained in a previous article, your gut is made up of your entire intestinal tract, so it can be hard to pinpoint exactly what might be causing those frustrating symptoms that you’re suffering from.

THE DANGERS OF AN UNHEALTHY GUT

Your body relies on your gut to keep everything in order, so if you keep it healthy, you’ll stay healthy. But if you abuse it, or ignore the signs and symptoms that something’s wrong, that’s where the real danger comes in.

While your signs and symptoms may be minor to start, they will eventually lead to bigger health issues – from chronic diseases to cancer. And recognizing a small symptom is important, because once there is an outward sign of an inward problem – it’s already more advanced than you realize.

Leaving it to continue doing damage can affect the lining of your gut, your gut bacteria balance, your brain, your skin, and many other organs. This opens up a door to any number of diseases.

Taking your gut health seriously is critical. However, healing your gut, or maintaining a healthy gut, is not nearly as scary as it sounds.

HEALING THE GUT

You know the definition of insanity right? “Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”.

So, if you don’t want the symptoms you’re suffering with – like food sensitivities, acne, moodiness, migraines, or fatigue, etc., then you need to be willing to make a change to get that result.

Seems like a fair exchange, no?

Now if your gut is already in relatively good shape, you may just need a little detox to keep things running smoothly and then you’ll be good to go again.

But if you’re like most people, you’ve left the symptoms simmering for so long that you need to take some time to heal your gut.

Taking time to go through the proper process to re-build your gut, will help remove or reduce most symptoms and opens up the opportunity to heal your gut and feel healthy, energized, and happy again.

But if you’re not sure if your symptoms are related to gut issues, here are a few helpful signs.

10 SIGNS OF AN UNHEALTHY GUT

While I could probably spit out a million different signs that you’ve got gut issues, I’ll stick with the top ten so I don’t overwhelm you.
