Description
It tastes just like a good ol’ veggie sushi roll!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 4 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 avocados, diced
- 8 pieces dried seaweed
Instructions
- Divide the ingredients between four mason jars by layering them in order.
- Shake vigorously before serving!
