Veggie “Sushi” Mason Jar Salad

Description

It tastes just like a good ol’ veggie sushi roll!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 8 pieces dried seaweed

Instructions

  1. Divide the ingredients between four mason jars by layering them in order.
  2. Shake vigorously before serving!
