Ingredients

- 1 Yam
- Toppings of choice (see notes)
Instructions
- Thinly slice yam, lengthwise.
- Place in the toaster for 2-2:30 minutes. Flip and cook another 2-2:30 minutes, or until softened.
- Top with your favourite toppings (see notes) and enjoy!

Peanut Butter + Banana
1 Tbsp natural, unsalted peanut butter, 1/2 banana sliced thinly, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or turmeric
Protein Punch
1/2 avocado sliced thinly and 1 egg (made the way you like it!)
Sweetened Pear
1/2 pear sliced thinly, 1 tsp raw honey, 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
