Description

Crispy, cheesy zucchini fries. Yum.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F and spray a cookie sheet with extra virgin coconut oil.
  2. Slice zucchini into “fries”.
  3. Place egg whites in a shallow dish and parmesan cheese in a separate shallow dish.
  4. Take your zucchini and coat it with egg white and then parmesan cheese and place on the cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until crispy. Serve warm.
